New value proposition

Randstad offered us a brief with a major problem: To be more attractive to young people. This is why they called on the students that we were at Digital Campus in order to be able to have proposals of all kinds. We have chosen, me and my team, to revalorize Randstad Neo which already exists in order to allow young people to move more towards this temporary employment platform and to be supported to a greater extent.
